Jane: Owner

Jane graduated from Wilfred Beauty Academy in 1986. She worked and managed Linda's Hair Design for 11 Years, then purchased the business and created Jane's in 1997.

Jane specializes in hair color and color correction. She has worked with many companies throughout her career, including: Aveda, Clairol, L'Oreal, Redkin, Wella, Coppola, Logics, Sexy Hair, Second Nature, Joico, Matrix, and Frames. 

Tria: Licensed Cosmetologist

Tria graduated from beauty school in 1968. She has owned two hair salons in the 70's. Tria's Styling Shop and the Heirloom. She has also managed styling shops in Canada and worked at Salon Chiani for 5 years before coming to Jane's in 2000.

She has worked with many color companies throughout her career, including:  Logics, Sexy Hair, Wella, Coppola, Clairol, Second Nature, Joico, Matrix, Majirel, and Frames. 

Gigi: Licensed Cosmetologist

Gigi graduated from DePasquale’s Artistic Academy in 2004, after which she became the manager of Jane’s Hair Salon. Gigi has worked with several of the major hair coloring companies including: Wella, Coppola, Clairol, and many more. Her energy and experience makes her the perfect person to lead the crew at Jane’s.

Georgiana

Georgiana has over 3 decades of research, education, treatment, and consulting experience in skin care and beauty, graduating with honors from New York’s prestigious Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics in the mid 1990’s. She graduated just as science and technology began to truly revolutionize the industry. Georgiana worked in some of the top spas like the Ritz Carlton, The Carlyle, Louis Licari, and Elizabeth Arden. Trained by the legendary “Queen of Peels” Rhonda Allison.

Focus on spinal trauma, Alzheimer's disease, and autistic youth. Classical approach embedded with humor, careful attention, and individualized need; incorporates inspiration taken from modern writing, music, and popular culture. Deep connection with children empowering them to become their best selves and world citizens through yoga. Works with youth to overcome physical, mental, behavioral, and learning challenges. Passion is to serve all with knowledge and guidance with compassion and love. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS - Led yoga classes for Cherry Hill Elementary incorporating yoga, breath, and movement accessible to children. - Taught online yoga and meditation classes for Bergenfield High School (NJ) during Covid-19 lockdown, addressing teen emotional issues during pandemic. - Spearheaded yoga benefits for causes including Autism awareness, breast cancer research, teen suicide prevention. - Featured in Museum of the City of New York event combining classic NYC music with yoga instruction. - Produced and co-wrote the album ReBliss-Stars Revisited for White Swan Records. - Composed original musical score for popular yoga documentary Enlighten Up! A Skeptics Journey into the World of Yoga. - Planned and directed several local and international yoga retreats.

Rita: Skilled Stylist

My name is Rita Gerardi and I would like to introduce you to my services.

I am experienced in Brazilian Straightening, Color Correction Problems, Highlights, Balayage, Frostings, Foils. All aesthetic means of attaining your look. As a stylist and previous salon owner in New Jersey, I have enjoyed my career for over 35 years in the industry. I’ve worked in Arizona for several years and spent a year in England. Each place I have gone, I have learned something new, enjoying and learning from other artists. Open minded is the name of the game in this business. We are forever changing products, ways to do things.

I also have been in the bridal business for 30 years. From the bride to grandmothers, down to the flower girl. And I loved every minute of it. When I’m creating I’m always in my game. Experience in designing salons. I am now looking to add new clients on Mondays and Tuesdays at Jane’s Hair Salon in Denville.
